Terms of service

These Terms of Service apply to your use of aeonfly.shop (the "Site") and to every purchase you make from Aeonfly ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Site with the involvement of a parent or guardian. You must give accurate and complete information when you order.

2. What we sell

We sell products for dogs, such as collars, walk sets, toys, apparel and accessories. We try to show colors, sizes and details accurately, but screens differ and small variations in color, pattern placement and finish can occur. Sizes and measurements are given as a guide. Please check the size chart on the product page before you buy. We may limit quantities, and we may stop selling a product at any time.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars. Prices can change without notice, but the price you see when you place your order is the price you pay. If a product is listed at the wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, as described in our Payment Policy. Payment methods, security and order verification are also covered in our Payment Policy.

4. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation and we begin processing. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of stock problems, pricing errors, suspected fraud or an address we cannot ship to. If we cancel an order after you paid, we refund you in full. You can cancel an order until it is dispatched, as set out in our Return and Refund Policy.

5. Shipping and delivery

We ship within the United States only. Shipping is free. Processing and delivery times are estimates and are explained in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the carrier delivers the order to the address you gave us. If a package arrives damaged, goes missing or is wrong, our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy tell you what we do.

6. Returns and refunds

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Return and Refund Policy. That policy is part of these terms.

7. Personalized items

If you order an item with engraving or other personalization, we personalize it exactly as you enter it. Please check spelling and spacing before you pay. Personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or not as ordered.

8. Using pet products safely

Our products are made for dogs and are not for human use. Choose the size that fits your dog. Check the fit and condition before each use, and stop using any item that is worn, torn or damaged. Supervise your dog when it plays with toys, because plush toys are not indestructible. Collars, tags and leashes are not a substitute for supervision. Our products are not veterinary advice. Ask your veterinarian if you have a health or behavior concern.

9. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password secret and for activity under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone used your account without permission.

10. Intellectual property

The text, images, logos and design of the Site belong to Aeonfly or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape or reuse them without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use such as sharing a product page link. Brand names, product names and trademarks that appear on the Site belong to their owners. Their use on the Site identifies the products we sell.

11. Reviews and messages you send us

If you post a review or send us photos or comments, you confirm that you have the right to share them and that they are truthful and not unlawful. You give us a free, non-exclusive right to use, display and edit them on the Site and in our marketing. We may remove content that breaks these terms.

12. What you must not do

You must not use the Site to break the law, to commit fraud, to place orders with stolen payment details, to interfere with the Site or its security, to send malware or spam, or to collect other people's information without permission. We may suspend or block access if you do.

The Site may link to websites we do not run. We are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.

14. Disclaimer

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that the Site will always be available, error-free or free of harmful components. Products may come with the manufacturer's own terms. Nothing in these terms removes any consumer right that the law does not allow us to remove.

15. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Aeonfly is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product the claim relates to. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, including liability for fraud.

16. Indemnity

You agree to cover reasonable losses we suffer because you broke these terms or the law, for example by using a stolen payment method or by misusing a product contrary to its instructions.

17. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you have a problem, please contact us first at support@aeonfly.shop so we can try to fix it. If we cannot resolve it, the state and federal courts located in Delaware have jurisdiction, and you and we agree to those courts.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.

19. General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we do not enforce a right, we have not given it up. These terms, together with our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Payment Policy and Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about your use of the Site and your purchases.
