Order Cancellation

At Fruktos, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. This page explains how to request an order cancellation and what happens after your request.

HOW TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER

• Customer name
• Order number
• Order date
• Product name
• Reason for cancellation, if applicable

We will review your cancellation request and confirm whether your order is eligible for cancellation.

CANCELLATION BEFORE DISPATCH

If your cancellation request is received before your order has been dispatched, we will process the cancellation where possible.

If payment has already been collected, the applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.

CANCELLATION AFTER DISPATCH

If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation might no longer be possible.

For orders delivered to UK consumers, statutory cancellation and return rights apply where applicable. Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for full information about returning an item and receiving a refund.

STATUTORY CANCELLATION RIGHTS

For eligible online purchases, UK consumers generally have a 14-day cancellation period starting from the day after receiving the goods. After notifying the retailer of cancellation, the consumer generally has a further 14 days to return the goods. Certain products and circumstances are excluded from these rights, including some bespoke or customised goods.

REFUNDS

Where a cancellation is accepted and a refund is due, refunds will be issued according to our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable UK consumer law.

For eligible statutory cancellations, refunds generally include the cost of standard delivery. Additional delivery costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery option do not have to be refunded.
